London Business Conferenceswill hold their 2nd Annual Aviation Emissions Trading Summit.
Aviation Emissions Trading 2008is a summit that will bring together CEOs and strategists from airlines to present their concerns about the scheme and the basis for any objections, highlighting the changes they would like to see made to the current design and examining the key economic and social impacts of the ETS. Summitparticipants will hear solutions to ETS implementation challenges from leading airlines and regulators across Europe, the US, Middle East and Asia Pacific region.
LRQA will sponsor this event with MadlenKing, Manager of the LRQA Global Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Team, giving a speech entitled "Developing cost effective systems for monitoring, reporting & verification", and it will cover things like:- What systems do you need for data monitoring and reporting for baseline and annual submissions?
- What records do you need to maintain for your data to be verified?
- What to expect from verification?
LRQA will also have an exhibition stand where delegates have the opportunity to discuss how LRQA can work with them to meet their emissions reductions targets.
